Well seeing as this decade is what only a year into it then toy story 3 hasn't got much competition so far but there are other animated movies coming along, or are you meaning the past decade; i.e. the past 10 years if it's the latter with it being the last 10 years then I would disagree and say it's Spirited Away or Howl's Moving Castle.
