I like the naruto series but, same here I haven't had time to continue watching I forget what episode I left off unless we are talking about "Naruto" and not "Naruto:Shipuden" then I have seen every episode.
so much filler but the story arcs that had substance were really good. i enjoyed seeing how the relationships between the characters developed and how their skills grew stronger
The Naruto Shippuden series, in my opinion, is/was much better than the first one. They finally get into some decent action. They finally showed the Akatsuki a lot more in the second series too, which I liked.
you people don't even know the meaning of the word filler. obviously you've never watched bleach or you wouldn't complain AT ALL!!!!!!!
one of the last bleach fillers was 50 episodes long... yea a whole year full of bull crap no1 wanted to see. At least naruto's stuff either gives you back story or it builds main/secondary characters for events that will soon unfold in the main story line. bleach filler is like a dbz movie... it doesn't fit ANYWHERE AT ALL IN THE STORY LINE!!!
I stopped watching the anime and now read the mangas for both... no filler... and usually new chapters are out each Wednesday somewhere on the interwebs.
and shippuuden was/is sooooo much better than the earlier Naruto series. the other one was so much more childish and boring. this one actually has people dying off and epic fights. I'm not even sure we're watching/reading the same story here...
