Hey guys, on the control painel i realized that we have below our armor points a section named games submitted, anyone knows what it means? They´re talkin about games that we´ve made or what? thx
They are talking about games you have programmed in AS3, submitted to the site, and have been accepted.
Not quite true. Any game submitted via ArmorGames and has been posted, doesn't have to have been programmed by you, (for example, you could have been the designer, and had someone else program it) nor does it have to use AS3.

Sorry, I meant Flash, but i think they generally prefer AS3. And you are right about the being the designer.

You need to be the person that submits the game to get the AP, if that's what you're asking. Also, the programmer/coder is generally the one that has the game file, so they'd be most likely to submit it.

The programmer is usually the one who uploads the games, just to make it fair
