SWF is a short web file, mostly used for flash game making software. AG only accepts SWF files to the site. And answering greentrev's question, no, you have to be the creator of the game. You can contact AG and suggest the game so they can might sponsor it, but other than that, you can't
I've seen a cool game on the web and I've downloaded it, now I want to upload it. I've done it already 4 times (from a minute ago to a month ago) but it still aren't on ArmorGames. Why?...

Read here. Means you have to create the game, you can't take somebody else's game and upload it to AG. If you do that, then you will probably be permanently banned from the site.
No, you guys don't seem to understand. You must create the game before you can submit it. By submitting it, you essentially take credit for creating it, and if you didn't create it but you uploaded it, you have just basically stolen it.
If you didn't make it and you try to upload it without any permissions, you will get banned because that breaks the rules! So don't try to get easy points by taking games from other sites and uploading them, because it isn't allowed.
If you post a game without permission that you didn't make, then that is a breach of copyright laws that is punishable by fines and prison. Saying that, just make sure that if you want to do that then ask permission first.
