Ok, so I love screamo, but I'm kind of getting tired of the same old bands. I listen to Blessthefall, Attila, Alesana, Escape the Fate, and Avenged Sevnfold. So, if you have any favorite bands or suggestions or comments, whatever, I'd LOVE to hear about them.

none of those bands are screamo. attila, and alesana, are metalcore bands. escape the fate is an emo band. and A7X is just a heavy metal band.
Screamo is generally used in metal ie. As I Lay Dying, Bullet For My Valentine, but i have never seen it in another genre, and early A7X has screamo ie. Unholy Confessions and some new stuff ie. God Hates Us

You have no idea what you're talking about. None of those bands are screamo, and screamed/growled vocals aren't called screamo if that was what you were referring to.

ya you really dont. literally none of those bands are in the screamo genre. just because they have scream/growls vocals in it doesnt make in them doesnt make them screamo bands

what makes a band "Screamo" i just thought that if a band used screaming and growling than they were screamo, its also how my friend classifies them.
