I've been trying to play this game for a while, but it has never once loaded. Any ideas why this might be? I'm on Vista and running Internet Explorer for my browser, could this make me not able to play it?

I'd suggest trying a different browser, see if it happens there too.

Get Google Chrome or Firefox, they run faster and are more efficient, Internet Explorer is a thing of the past nowadays.

Check to see if you have the right adobe flash player, that happenend to me on some different games until I got it.

Well I didn't change anything, but it works now. No idea what was wrong with it in the first place. I guess it just wanted me to refresh about 20 times and then wait a bit. You can lock this now.

I've been trying to save my progress on Hands of War II Expanded Edition, however whenever I go to the inn to save the game and close the window, when I come back to play, it didnt save and I have to start the game all over again.

Please, Help me and explain me what to do.

it dose load its just your computer update flash java and browser

It doesn't save by me.
I was level 32 and it was all gone :'(

Does anybode know if I something wrong, cause I love the game (if it save)
