No,I wont shut up,almost everyone thinks that gays arent normal, they just dont want to argue with you. the midwest isnt "everybody". your homophobic friends arent "everybody". give me three reasons why homophobia is no better than racism. being gay isnt a choice, it is something you are born with. ask yourself: "WHEN DID YOU CHOOSE -NOT- TO BE GAY?" no, puberty doesnt count. its not something they can control. the rapant homophobia that often couples conservatism flies in the face of your freedom-and-small-government ideology. stop being a hypocrit and stop being a bigot.
I'm pretty sure if you have read the news recently you would have known that 3 states one after another legalized gay marriage. talk about ignorance, and here you have it.
3/50. Besides, a good deal of the states are still strongly anti-homosexual. And hey, thanks for not being inflammatory.
America is very free and peaceful, yea right, you should remind yourself what kind of genocides they made and then tell me about my countrys ignorance.
You really don't know how to have an intelligent discussion, do you...
"WHEN DID YOU CHOOSE -NOT- TO BE GAY?"
Some people do actually actively choose. Probably mainly bisexuals who really could go either way but just prefers to go one. Personally I'm still working on fixing my bisexuality to be homosexuality, but it's pretty dang hard to change orientation.
Oh, and... You do not choose what you're attracted to, but you do choose whether or not you act on your attractions.
I am gay....................................................
If any one has a prob with that then I don't really.........
I love my boy-Friend
He is called Sam and he is 18(like me)
I did not choose to be gay but when I was about 10,Me and my friends were watching some porn and my friends were enjoying it but I wasn't but when I told them they called me a freak and gay...I was called really nasty names like:Gay,Homo freak and gay boy.............................
i have a great aversion to two dudes bangin eachother i think its pretty weird/gross but who am i to say you can't have the same rights as a straight person
Many Christians, including myself, don't like gay rights because homosexuality is against many branches of Christianity. HOWEVER, this is our religion alone, and we don't have the right to say they are subject to our judgement. I don't like gay marriage, but maybe gay people don't like my religion. One does not supercede the other. This is also coming from a very far-right conservative. Not to mention, I am also a bit of a homophobic, but that's not going to stop me from making an intelligent choice. As long as it doesn't negatively affect the rights of others, there's not a problem with it.

I have never heard that before. I like it. You have your own beleifs, but don't feel the need impose them on others. Radical. I think that is great
Well I have a gay uncle. He acts just like any other guy. I also have a friend with a gay bro and sis. They bad mouth him for not being gay. I have nothing wrong with gays as long as they aren't freaks who go around raping small children.
I agree 100% with BigP08, i can't say i support it but i'm all for gay rights. They are called rights i mean we can't really do anything about then right, besides voting against gay rights I consider an act of hate soo not voting is actually anti-Christian
