I tend to laugh the most when saying/doing stupid stuff with my friends any time between 11pm and 5am.
And when I say stupid, I mean stupid. For example, once I was spending the night at a friend's house; he also had some of my (and his) other friends over. One of them is Andy (absolutely hilarious, but really short - we call him 'ninja gnome'. Andy and I were rolling pool balls with our hands. One ball stopped right in front of a pocket, and he says to me "I bet you can't hit it in." I roll my ball at it, and through some weird bounce, the ball right in front of the pocket doesn't go in. We both start cracking up.
Yes, I laugh easily, but I don't mind. Laughing is fun!
I laugh when something amuses me. There's not many things that amuse me, though, and given my current state, I don't laugh often. I mainly laugh around close friends and family members since they know how to make me laugh.
