I am Your Friendly Neighborhood Satanist, and I love Duke Nukem: Forever; and I am not ashamed.

Bah to the reviewers! I say Bah! I've followed their guidance for all these years, and finally, a game that decides to be hilarious, to be over-the-top, to make me care about a character as much as I have with Duke, to give me a game that is as simple and awesome as DN:F, and they torch it like last night's turkey.

So, what do you think of Duke? Was the 12 year wait worth it? Or did you face an epiphany like me and start holding the game close to you like it was a small child? (well.... not that much)

If you didnt' like the game, why not? Do you blame Gearbox or 3D realms? Why?

and yes, i have two gripes about Duke. WTF is with the loading times, and WTF is with me only able to carry two guns? They're imaginative, fun to shoot, fun to kill with, and I can only carry two. Gameplay of Duke 3d shows many guns in this man's arsenal. C'mon Duke!

yes i disagree wit hthe two guns thing too and loading is very long -_- makes it seem like the game is all about loading :O

I haven't played Duke Nukem -- nor am I going to, mostly because I respect this mans opinion on this video (from YouTube ).

Is that true? I don't know. Am I going to take the risk? I got Battlefield and Crysis 2, why need I?

Anyway, the reaction was to be expected for a game gone for 12 years that wasn't the same (still, my guess).
