Hi everyone! If you're interested by the group Deep Purple (in the 70's) post your comment on songs or other things you want.
For me, they are the first hard rock group. Their music was more noisy and hard rock riffs were created by them. Some (or a lot I would say) of their songs are typical from hard rock. I think about "Child in time", with the amazing solo, "Speed king", "Pictures of Home" or "Hard Lovin' Man" (this is not very known). But everybody certainly know the mytic "Smoke on the water". What do you think about that?

im a huge deep purple fan. it seems like any musician whos been anyone was in that band lol. exageration of course, but there were A LOT of people in that band over the years.
