I like french fries better than onion rings because whenever I eat onion rings I start to get sick, especially that ones that are like in chip form.

I like them both, but I rarely get onion rings.

I don't know I like them both. If it's french fries from a place like McDonald's then I'd like french fries, other wise I think its a tie for me.

I've seen and eaten something that was a lot like a french fry and an onion ring mated and made something that looked like a twirly mess of fried potatoes and onion

Hmmm thats a tough one. I love them both but I have to say french fries as long as they are made correctly.

I literally can't decide. It all depends on what mood i'm in and the onion rings have to be beer battered.

At a typical fast food place:
Onion rings.

At a fancier burger place:
French fries.

I like french fries a lot better, but I'll eat onion rings too (just not too many).

In french Fries you get a crunchy, soft side that goes well with pretty much anything.

With onion rings you get a nice fried crunchy side with the sweet taste of a cooked onion that goes well with any salty-sweet combination. my personal preference: Fries

Depends on what kind of onion rings you're talking about. If they're the deep fried ones, I don't like 'em. If they're the fun-yuns or whatever they're called, I like 'em. I prefer french fries, though. They taste better to me.

French fries are awesome but I have to go with onion rings.
