yes correct lvl 5 but first you must make sure its ok with ur mom and dad. and then your on your way but you better catch up with Shaundi! O and i would consider Azonian town. It has a Pokemon Center, Poke-mart, and an Info Booth! Or you could go to Bozugeen county so wich one?
