It, has come to my attention that on AG if you rate you can't change it. So, I think you should be able to re-rate the game without getting more AP. It has happend to me many times when I acidentlly give a game the wrong rating maybe.
I have to agree, particularly after playing a game for a while, opinions change...sometimes for better, and sometimes for worse. Initial impressions do alter with experience.
