I had a quick question about why there is a thirty second wait for posting in the forums after each time you post? It really doesn't make sense to me but I know someone will have to be Superman (cormyn most likely) and tell me the reasoning behind it.
It's mostly so people can't spam. A user can just repeatedly hit the submit button with spam posts for no reason other then to gain AP, and then a mod or admin is stuck with the job of cleaning up that spam. It usually takes more then 30 seconds to write something post worthy anyways.
I know it can occasionally be a little annoying, but most often you should have spent those 30 seconds typing or reading the new thread you clicked into after posting in another.
