Mac & Cheese is American I believe and pasta is Chinese not Italian. Mine is lasgana

What's your favorite Italian dish except pizza? That's like asking what's your favorite color except orange. :P

Anyway, I vote cheese ravioli. One of my favorite foods of all time.

Really? Well, I never really cared what kind of food I eat, like if it was Chinese or American, so I didn't know. Well then, I guess my favorite dish would be Lazania.

Alfredo is an American sauce.

And why not Pizza? It IS Italian; It was invented by them for crying outloud. Marghreta Pizza was made to commorate the colors of the Italian Flag.
