Clear your cache. Thats the first thing you should do. Then try logging out, then logging back in.
That fixes most problems the first time around.

It is very annoying when the game disconnects. There is times that you need to login again only 'cuz the game crashed.
I wonder why in Shell Shock Live the login must be on the game. In Exit Path the game logins by itself if you're already logged in Armor Games's "master login" (the one on the top of the page)...
