Considering the fact that Kinect is just a slightly updated Eyetoy... and the fact that the Playstation Move is a combination of controller and camera gameplay... Move, definitely Move.
I prefer the Playstation move because I like to hold a controller whilst playing a video game. I don't like the Kinect because many of the games don't appeal to me and it doesn't get my movements right.
