I have spotted two user accounts that have suddenly disappeared: the one of Paarfam and the one of FreeAsANerd. is this a glitch, or did they want this to happen?

wouldn't their accounts just say "BANNED" instead of showing me the error page?

No, because their profiles have been deleted.

yes there accounts have been banned which mean it have been deleted and they give u a error page they show to you : ( ops sorry we didnot find this ) :
right?

In AG3 there has been like suggestions to change it, into something more descent, instead of a 404 error. The admins are I believe looking into it.
