This has been mentioned. Game pages may get a themed skin, similar to Sushi Cat 2 and Siege Hero here on AG2.
As far as profiles go, we'd talked about letting users pick one of several themes that WE create. We don't want to let users create their own themes, because we don't want our site to look like MySpace. Ugh. I had a root canal on Friday and it was more fun than MySpace. Srsly.
