Im not quite sure of the location of this story, but it's a bad one.
One day an innocent young woman was walking down a sidewalk in the city when a black woman comes up and asks her, "Hey pretty lady, you look thirsty. Want a drink?? The first metioned lady starts to talk, but before she can finish her sentence, the black woman splashes ACID in her face.
I dont know the ferther details of this story, but its still enough to know.
I heard about this a while back, it was shocking at first, but it was quickly shown that this isn't as uncommon as we think. The media being the vultures they are then began to question if the girl had done it to herself.

He blinded the poor woman, and she was quite beautiful before the incident. He deserves his whole face bathed in acid for what he did, with the recovery all in his own pocketbook. Brutal crimes like that require much more extreme measures for punishment, and this is pretty good.
Just think, there would be fewer murders if the people who committed the crimes were killed in the same way.
