Ya I've played it and it was pretty fun, you start with a bunch of huts and people with sticks and stone then at the end you have nuclear weapons. ITS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i grew up watching my dad play it all the time and he had tanks and tactical missils when i started playing lol i always did cheiftan and always crused the computer before the industreal age.
This is crazy...and kinda awesome: http://blog.games.yahoo.com/blog/836-computer-learns-to-play-game-by-reading-the -manual
I don't know which part is scarier: that they're teaching computers to play games by reading the manual, that they're doing it with Civilization, or that the computer's achieving something like a 79% victory rate with that. While playing Civilzation.
ice wat lvl does the comp play at? and how does it manage the tactic involved withe the game? i think if they could add human aspect to the comps that play against the ai's it could be invinceable
Civilization IV was awesome. It was the computer game I played the most last summer. It was also one of the computer games I have played the most, behind Diablo II, Age of Empires II, The Sims 2, and Plants Vs. Zombies, which I got the same day. Sadly, I don't play it too much anymore (I should get some mods.) Civilization V was rather poor in comparison, if you ask me.
