hello AG.I dont think you should delete someones account because the say hell.You see,it's like this ,if some quotes a movie that has the word hell on it ,I dont think thats bad language.
The word "hell" is basically the only swear word that doesn't get starred (for the place perhaps for the WEPR). But your friend has probably gotten banned for using the word in an offensive way many times. It's not that you can't swear on the site, it stars it out. But you can't do it to hurt somebody.
Yes but there are a lot of people that put ! instead of i or $ instead of $. Or most people just put spaces in the middle of the words.Either way they still get banned for tricking the curse censor.By the way can we say the P word just out of curiosity.

well there are two different types of hell... example one. WHAT THE HELL?!?!?.... that is the curse version.... example two. you will go to hell... that is the catholic or church version of it... ex one is curse... ex two is religous
