To post a screen shot, press Print Screen or something similar (depends on your keyboard), then open Paint. On Paint, make sure the space is at least as big as your resolution at the time of Print Screen. Then press paste. Once it's pasted, you can either leave it as is (showing the whole screen at the time) or crop it to show just the game screen.
