[b]k so this is a page where people can write down there ideas to improve AG(that means no spam or trash)
ways to help peeps stick to rules, no bad comments or spam, less ads?

There's a new version of AG coming out

And confining entire forum categories to a single thread would be cluttered and a boring read.

Just to address the end bit because both will apply on AG3.
Spam/bad comments are to do with the individual, they usually get deleted.

Ads are necessary because it's the ads on AG that allow us to access as much as we do without paying.

We had a thread on suggestions to improve the site, but it was removed and has now been replaced by the AGv3 forum section.
As for the "Read stickies, follow rules" it seems like regular proper behaviour, and should be, if not common sense, then at least good manners.
As for the ads, well, that solely depends on whether you want to pay for the use of AG or not. No ads = AG needs a new way to get money.

Anyway, considering this entire section, along with the AGv3 section is made for suggestions, there is no real reason to keep this open. Specific threads for specific suggestions, please.
