It's over 9000! I have 20533 Gamerscore. Yeah, you saw a 3 at the end. I play Halo quite a bit.
Halo Reach 1058/1400 (The only original achievement I am missing is the Legendary Solo one, which I am working on.) Halo 3 1610/1750 Assassin's Creed 2 930/1000 (Really easy.) Halo 3:ODST 780/1000 Halo Wars 535/1000 And then a whole lot more.
I have 9478 gamerscore last time I checked, but I haven't been playing for achievements as of late. I might as well go for the home stretch to 10k since I'm so close.
I have only around 37$ of the possible gamerscore that I could have, and I only have one game with 100% achievements, which is Call of Duty 4.
I'm pretty close with Halo Reach too, but I don't bother buying any new content for that game.

I got that one a while ago. It was quite frustrating. :P
