So here is a one of kind (at least i hope) As you may know U.S.A. is currently developping plans to shield estern europe from missiles, evidently russia is not included nor is it given a chance in participation. Thus making russian authorities warn about an inevitable race to arms or a "cold war". ok that's the situation now i would like to hear your comments and how you feel about all of this.
Well, i think they'd need it set up before 2018. They could miss intelligence from Iran. So what happens if they're ready to launch nuclear weapons this year?
Jeff the problem at hand isn't iran but U.S.-Russian relation, cus this missile system will also be operational against russian missiles, not to mention that these structures will be constructed very close to russia, and they will need millitary presence (evidently!) i don't need to remind you how the conflict in iraq began, it's the same story for iran.
US tried to add India to the shield lately, didn't work out so well. The rivalry between Russia and USA still exists and will continue for a long long time. As for now Russia is working with China to spread influence across the globe that counters American influence. Together they got Syria, Iran, Pakistan, Libya (gadafi), some in India, some in Turkey and many others. Hell, sense Obama even Israel is starting to get closer to the Russia-Chinese influence.
