First thing is to clear your cache. Thats a general thing to do when ever you ahve problems with flash games.

Second, make sure you have the latest version of flash. I think its up to V. 10 now, and you may have to upgrade it.

Also, make sure you have a good internet connection. Shellshock is a multi-player game, and is pretty taxing on your connection.

If none of that works, you may need to switch browsers.

if you switch browsers i recomend Google chrome if your not already using that

Make sure the browser's flash player is enabled and parental controls are disabled. Also, if you're playing the game at school (which I hope you aren't) it might not work.
