Each time you get a rank you can get a new skill... The optional ranks also have special skills as if a helicopter driver you get the ability to drive helicopters!!!
Now the International Police force is the best... Why? Because you are in a highly-Expertly trained Division that goes around the world stopping crinimal minds,Big Dr*g deals and even War Lords!!!
Rules:
No overpowered actions like "I go and arrest a ton of bad guys!". Also no simple actions like "I go and catch some bad guys".. It must be "I go in downtown and explore alleys for any Muggers.." Also No saying "I go in a store full of bad guys and arrest them all without Fail "
