I just wanted to know what people here thought about those photosynthetic wonders. My personal favorite is the picter plant. Insects can crawl in, but they can't crawl out.
Probably not what you were thinking of, but I like the pea shooters from Plants vs. Zombies. They're especially cool when they're turned into repeaters...

That wasn't what I was thinking, but I never said it had to be real... On that topic, my favorite fictional plant would be the Magnet-Shroom
Haha, if those plants from Plants vs. Zombies were real, I'd plant them in my yard and if any burglar tries to go in they'd automatically attack. And you may think they'd attack me when I come home, but I would have a remote that turns it on and off.

Not to be nit-picking, but you know that a fungus is not a plant, right^^
Myrmecophytes provide food and shelter for certain species of ants, and in counterparts the ants clean them from any parasites. Yay for mutualism^^ I also like record plants like the titan arum or rafflesia. They have that prehistoric feel to them :P.
