Tesla power armor in fallout 3 is legit along with the nano suit in crysis, Altair's armor and daedric armor.

I would have to say the Black Knight's armor from Fire Emblem, Ezio's cloak from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (I prefer the Roman Stone variety), and the fierce deity mask from Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. It sort of counts as a suit/armor because it changes Link's entire appearance, even though it's just a mask. Also, my favorite armor from a video game would have to be Alphonse from FullMetal Alchemist: Dream Carnival.
