If you live in the U.S. , you've probably been affected by this heat wave. What do you do to keep cool? Do you swim? Drink lots of water? Or do you do something crazy yet effective?

Here in Houston, it's always hot!

Rule 1: Stay inside.

Rule 2: If you find yourself outside, immediately go inside.

It's really the humidity that kills me. I can stand the most brutal Arizona dry heat, but anything above ninety degrees with high humidity is a recipe to stay inside at all costs.

Stay indoors during the noon hours. That usually works. Also, try closing your blinds when the sun is shining in, and that should reduce some heat.

We have A/C in my house, so it is quite cold, which I like. But when I am working out in the heat I wear shorts, sweat wicking shirt and socks, and wear a baseball cap to block the sun from my eyes. I also drink ice water form a cooler, so that it stays cold all day.
And I sweat, a lot.

I agree entirely! AC with AG is always the answer.
