What are some good/easy game makers that can make flash games?
Adobe Flesh is one of the best programs to use to make flash games, but you must have a good knowledge of how to make flash games. Don't use programs like GameMaker. Those don't count as flash developing tools. Hope this helps.
An example of simple game makers is Stencyl. You might want to check that out. But if you want to take up game development seriously, you'll have to get Adobe Flash.
