I'm having trouble in Icewind pass I've tried many tactics but still can't win can anyone help?

I have all the achievements.
Don't have premium content though, although there is no mention of needing to purchase the extra level.

Its not expensive, and absolutely worth the price. BTW, the new level "ruins of acaroth" is quite challenging ,and you can NEVER miss it.
