Hi everyone. I created this topic to discuss about the PS2 game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2. Here is the things I found great on the game:
--> Lots of characters, that range from pros (like the brazilian Bob Burnquist, the great Mike V and the leader Tony Hawk) to secrets (like Shrek!). --> Innovative Gameplay (differs from older games) --> Funny storyline (Darn you, Nigel Beaverhausen!) --> Lots of customization options --> Awesome Soundtrack
I liked playing THUG 2 alot, and the Tony Hawk series is almost my favorite game series on the PS2, it has a very arcadish gameplay style and a great story. If I remember right there was even Bam Margera in it and it was a competition between 2 teams but I don't wanna spoiler anything. Oh yea that were good old times when playing this game. They should make an HD remake of this game for xbox 360, same characters but different locations, but no..the companies want to advance and don't look forward to remaking old games, sadly
you ideot it's tony hawk underground, but i can't belive people still play this game it's awsom. i luv that somone made a forum about it! 1000000000/10 i frikin luv it. :-) :-) :-) :-)
I haven't played that game for years, but it was freaking awesome. I actually think what made it so awesome was all that unrealism and exaggerated silliness. That game has made me laugh a lot, and my friend still likes to make quotes from the game despite the fact the neither of us have played it since before the PS3.
It was pretty neat to see a recent thread about the game. Brings back some nice, nostalgic memories about things like vandalism around the world and Bob Burnquist's bruised balls.
Yeah! Sadly, no real World's Destruction Tour Happened . D: It would be awesome!
I played it yesterday on a friend's house. Darn, time made me skill-less. I was awesome but now I'm... uh... crappy.

Yeah. I remember that one of the coolest goals was to "Beaver Blast" workers on Australia. Epic!
I think that the fact that they eliminated Bob Burnquist on the first stage was to make the game harder. Seriously, not being bias but, he was WAY better than Mullen, Muska or Mike V.

By that you mean that Bob Burnquist is worser or better than the other ones?
I didn't say anything about how good he is or is not. I just said I like to imagine they actually used one of those ball launcher thingies to randomly pick who would be the first to be eliminated.
