I just watched a show recently ( Can't recall the name ) where they were trying to find out what type of cuisine is the best and what is the best dish of that cuisine. I think Mexican and Japanese are the best. Sushi and tacos. I can't imagine a world without them.

Do you mean American Chinese? Or the-real-deal-Chinese?

American Chinese is the kind of stuff you'd find at Panda Express or somewhere like that.

Ergh, I hate these "best" threads. Especially on the topic of cuisine. I appreciate all forms of cuisine, as long as the food tastes good. I don't particularly strive for purism and the "real deal" as opposed to some watered-down bull, but it's appreciated.

Aw yeah.

Sushi and tacos. I can't imagine a world without them.

The funny thing is, when I went to San Francisco, one of the stands was selling "sushi tacos". I decided to try it, just for the heck of it, and it actually was pretty good.

Cuban cuisine and Italian cuisine. I eat foods from those two the most, and I like them, so they're the best to me.
