On a new file buy a small house and buy only a bed and a fridge. Then, go to the supermarket and buy 100 three star catfish. Then, put them in your fridge and go to sleep. It doesn't matter how long you sleep. When you wak up, get all the catfish and sell them at the supermarket and they should sell for a little over 17,000. When your done, you should have 999,999 simoleons and it will never increase or decrease.
P.S. I don't know if you have to have a new profile, small house, or have only a fridge and a bed, but I suggest just to do exactly what I said.
Town Evolutions -
Surf Shop - Buy a Kite surfing kit at the Surf Shop and use it in the water. After using it for a while, the Surf Shop should upgrade.
Library - Read a couple books in the library and after a while it should upgrade.
Seagull Suites Hotel - Buy and sell a bunch of stuff at the supermarket and thehotel should upgrade. (After I used the infinite money cheat the hotel was upgraded but that doesn't mean you have to use the cheat.)
Those are all that I have, so if you have any cheats post them here,. Also, there are probably more town evolutions so just start doing stuff around town to figure them out and once you do, post them here. Thanks.
I know one for Ps3 that is, hold and dont let go of L1 R1 L2 R2 in the pause menu but you wont get achievemants, but you will get a magic lama that will give unlimmitted lifetime hapiness, Unlimited money, Unlimited karma points, all challenge unlocks and,most importantly, it tells jokes.
