Its simple really go play shell shock live and go to upgrades after u log in and hit the online button there u will see if u have any points wich im not sure what they are like a tank symbol if u don't have any u can go to get (symbol) and it will take u to a page where u can do these different things like become a Netflix member and earn ur point to be able to buy weapon packages.

and how i get the coins????

You usually have to pay for them. There are some surveys and stuff that allow you to get coins for free though.
