In one of the quest(job,objective,etc) on Union city you come upon these police guard in a building and a guy called Richard stole the key to there gun locker .and im betting there good guns in the gun locker so .In the objective you have to find Richard.Wheres Richard?
he's in the subway station, at the end of the corridor, its after where you would actually get on the subway search him and you'll find a key to the door
There is also a quest line in the premium kit that is buyable and it has it's own quest line story line and **** idk if it's worth buying though what do you guys think is it worth the $5.95?
Richard's is in the subway to the end you'll see him lieing dead and infected,make sure you search him so you can get the key and run back to the officer to complete the quest and get exclusive weapon's that are inside the locked closet
