There are many game creators. There are over 2,000 flash games on this website. However, not many of them frequent the forums or even post in the forums. You'll be lucky to even get a response from one of them if you comment on their profile.
All the games are made using flash, which you would need to buy to use (or be really good already, and use the trial). The site currently does not have an engine to make your own games, so purchasing flash or any alternative there might be would be the only option.
A game devoloper? There are like hundreds and more on this site. Next time when your playing your favorite game scroll down and look at the instructions. Above it, it has the game creator's profile's link. I doubt they have time to answer you though, but I have had my luck with them once in a while. Just don't spam them.
