Sorry sadly I'm not a moderator...Anyways I can answer those questions though. By Super Drift do you mean Super Drift 3D. That game is not deleted. I'm pretty sure they don't delete games...Unless theres a really good reason. Moderators can't delete the games. Only Cormyn or DanielMcNeely (Admin or Creator of AG) can I believe. If you see a game missing try searching it.
The moderators lock the threads, because well they have their reason in the "[ ]" next to the title of the locked thread. Most reasons are, because of Necro, Spam, and Duplicate Thread
(I think I'm wrong at some parts, so correct me if I'm wrong, I don't mind...

Those are called lock tags. In fact, there is a list of lock tags on Cenere's about which I will quote here:

[ans] - The question the OP posed has been answered, and the purpose of the thread has been fulfilled.
[dup] - This thread is a duplicate of an already existing thread, or there is a more active thread, which should be used instead. Alternately, there is a sticky with this topic. Use that.
[req] - The OP has requested the thread to be locked for various reasons. This is no longer our problem. Too bad.
[necro]/[nec] - This thread was dead and long buried, but someone made it come back to undeath. Please don't do that, zombies and necro threads eats brains.
[spam] - Not canned meat, but rather a horrible reaction to too many users being unable to contribute to the thread, or make sentences that follow the rules in length and quality.
[OPspam] - Same as above, it just started very early.
[caps] - I dislike people yelling at me, even in writing. All caps is not cruise control, it is a good way to get banned.
[No.] - Congratulation, you did not read the rules, and you have just proven so. Marked for flaming, hate and all their little friends that break the TaC.
[what] - Exactly what it says on the tin.

cormyn and DanielMcNeely aren't the only administrators. The whole list can be seen in the about page, and I think any admin can delete games.

Moderators don't delete games. If it drops off the front page, you'll have to search for it. If you enjoy a game, 'favorite' it so you can get to it from your own profile page.

As for why Moderators lock threads, it's at their discretion whether a thread should continue or not. Most threads get locked because a question which has been asked has been answered, or because the topic of conversation has strayed too far off-topic or gets full of 'spam'.
