Flag Here's my problem. I attend an online school, so I get to use a loaned school laptop at home. My mother bought me an external hard drive so that I could download games onto it with out putting anything onto the school computer, which will eventually have to be returned. My problem is that when we try to download something only onto the external hard drive it saves on both the hard drive and the computer. How do we A. download things onto the hard drive only?

B. move information from the computers hard drive to the external hard drive?
Easy , but i dont know what computer you have. Go to *Your start Menu* usually at the lower left hand corner. Once you click on that *Go to Computer*, withen *Computer* you should see the name of your device. But to get a file to that hard drive you must find the files you want * if Mutibly files you want just {Click and drag up , till all of your files are high lighted , then drag to your external Hard Drive}. * , But for a single file you just click and drag .
