They are called armor points, not action points. And you get 20 AP if a game you submitted gets accepted to Armor Games. Simply submitting a game will not give you armor points. If you'd like more details on armor points and some other things on this site, visit the help page.

You get 20 Armor Points for submitting a flash game of yours. It has to be created by you.
