The only ones I know of right now are: Infectonator 2 Necronator 2 Monsters Den Chronicles Achievement Unlocked 3 Exit Path Exit Path 2 Kingdom Rush Crush the Castle TD Castaway 2 Elephant Quest The Last Stand: Union City uses an AG login, but I don't think it saves anything online.
I hope that helps. I'm surprised there's no comprehensive list anywhere. The cloud saving system bridges the gap from the transience of flash games to the longevity of large-scale ones, and it's a mystery why Armor Games doesn't advertise it more.
