I'd have to say BoomBang. I love it. It's like Habbo Hotel, but people are friendlier, the avatars are cuter and better. The community is large, and filled with nice people. You can like or dislike people, give flowers, other gifts, make your own islands, even kiss. And if people are annoying you, give them a team rocket-type ending by whipping out your big boxing glove and sending them hurling through the sky.
I dunno if that would count as "Virtual", but if it does, that's my vote too. :P
Otherwise, I would pick something along the lines of Cyrodill in the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I'm pretty sure I'll like Tamriel more, since the graphics in that game are gonna be Suh-Weet! :P
tamriel is the entire world the new game is located in skyrim =)
Not quite true; Tamriel is everything that is showed on the mapt you linked. But there are other lands, although they have never been included in the games except in lore.
