My favorite country singer is Taylor swift. My favorite songs:
Better than revenge (I recommend this) by Taylor Swift
Mean by Taylor S.
Pretty good at drinking beer (A really entertaining song) by... (I forgot.)

If you like listening to music online, for FREE, I would recommend Grooveshark
To go there, just add .com to the end of the name, and you'll find it. If you want, you can even make a free account.

I love country music more than anything. The only kinds of music I will not listen to are:
Heavy Metal
Heavy Metal (The type where they scream and they sound like a cookie monster, also known as Cookie Metal)
Rap

I thought Taylor Swift was pop. That aside I think the majority of the community is into either, Heavy Metal, Alternative, Rock, Pop and all the good ol' sub-genres that are packed into that.

Taylor Swift plays modern Country, which sounds like pop. So, sometimes when you think your listening to pop, your really not.

I don't like country western music. But my favourite would be Taylor Swift or Miley Cyrus.

If by "Country" you mean Johnny Cash, then yes! Otherwise, I like some country songs but most of it is just some guy bawling about how he got drunk and got dumped for it.

To be fair though, I do like Country-style patriotic songs like "Where the Stars and Stripes and The Eagles Fly," "I'm Proud to be an American," "That Ain't No Rag It's A Flag," etc.

Real country died a long time ago. These days people act like if you play an acoustic guitar or a Tele and add some twang to your voice then you're country.

Johnny Cash, George Jones, Willy Nelson, Hank Sr., etc. are where its at!

"I'm Proud To Be An American" is my second favorite patriot song. My first favorite is called, "One Nation."

I've never heard anything by Johnny Cash, but he sounds good.

And "real country" has not died! That is like saying The (Punk) Scene is dead. It is not!

I used to listen to country music a lot, but I don't much anymore. I still listen to some like:
Trace Adkins, Tim McGraw, Montgomery Gentry, Johnny Cash, Willy Nelson, Alan Jackson, Sugarland, Lonestar, Rascal Flatts, Shania Twian, Big and Rich, and stuff like that.
