Me too. Cant log in for my premium account in gem crafter either. What´s up with that?

**** frustrating as I have spent $$$ and time with shell shock live. Why isn't this working? I cannot use my log in anywhere but here. I level 38.5 with this and working to 40. This is almost immoral that I have spent money but cannot access my account. pPlease fix this immediately. If I could call to ***** directly I already would have. As there are many other gaming sites, I hope you have the good sense to fix this before we all leave you for a site that isn't broke ****.

I think it's just a glitch guys, games have bugs, it will be fixed.
Ratman, i understand it's annoying but it will surely be resolved soon as there have been quite a few complaints.
Your best option is to speak to an admin/the game developer to find out the trigger of the bug. :]

I couldn't log into Shell Shock Live on Firefox, but on Internet Explorer, I could.

This is because ie and firefox use direferent cache for flash.
Try this....maybe it helps.

press control + f5 (hard refresh) two or free times very fast and test it again.

If this doesn't work, what works for us was to delete the cache on the browser but this is risky because you may delete other things.

i dont think its mozilla firefox or internet explorer for shell-shock, maybe for other things, but i have played shellshock on firefox

Of course, its not a browser problem, what I said is that it may work if you change the browser because ie and firefox dont share the cache.

Same problem here, two days without premium login for Gemcraft Labyrinth.

I know that it is a failure, and we should be patient, but some official information would be great.

Same here for Gemcraft Labyrinth Prmeium. It usually automatically knows to log in when im logged into AG. Started Friday I think. Whatever Server handles the logins is not working properly.

Delete all unimportant ccokies. At Shell Shock this worked for me.
