Has anyone seen the previews for this yet? I have seen a few and was wondering why there was going to be the start of a new series made. It can't be a reboot cause it would have made more sense to just have done Spider-Man 2 or 3 differently, right? I wasn't sure if it could have been because someone was upset with the director and just decided to waste money on something that was good in the first place.
I saw the trailer, it doesn't seem very exciting. In my opinion this remake is coming too soon, the whole movie has a been there, done that vibe. Anyway,I really don't understand why they needed to restart the whole thing, they could have continued the story, just without Tobey Maguire.
And whats a spiderman movie without venom eh? They already did the 3, and the last one ended with the venom symbiote dieing...how to replace him? EASY! He is orange, his host is a murderer, and he creates ax's from his limbs! Carnage! *cheering heard* Come on countinue the story with carnage, the best symbiote ever!
It might possibly be like the remake of X-Men First Class, since they remade it and theres like 4 movies to it.
Don't get me started on how screwed up the X-Men Movies were.
Also I think that Tobey Maguire was good as Spider-Man.
Personally I think that they should have just done another Movie, but not because I want another one but because there were a lot of very cool villains that never made the cut.
I will not see it EVER. I saw the first spider man move, it was ok, i saw the second one again ok, Half way through the third one i was like, waaaiiit why am i watching this? Im not good with sitting through movies, and I'm SICK of all the super hero movies coming out. We've had X-Men, Green Lantern, and now ANOTHER spider man? Superhero movies please die. /Rant End
