I'm not really sure how to make a flash game, but I have an idea that I want a game designer to develop. If you like this idea, have another idea, or like my idea, just post here! Well here's my idea!
You are a shadow, and one day you and your family are just walking along in the land of shadow, when a raiding party from the kingdom of light steals your family! So the king of shadow gives you a sword of darkness, which is the only weapon in the kingdom, to get your family back. The sword is magical, so you can change it into any weapon you want. You can even posses beings of light!
Does the part about being a shadow come in handy at any point in this game? If everyone is just made or cast from light, it doesn't look like there's much advantage to being a shadow if you already have some kind of a magical sword.
If you can change that magical sword into any weapon you want, where is the challenge? Shouldn't you, at the very least, have only a limited number of choices at a certain point, and have to pick up the other weapons so you the game will actually be interesting?
These are just some things that might need fixing if you're planning on turning this into a game.
