Title literally says most. :P I mean, seriously? This is a gaming website, and I see ads for things I don't give a sh** about. ESPECIALLY because it makes the games lag very bad. In fact, my computer froze (it's a pretty fast computer, and it doesn't happen on other sites) and I had to do a hard shutdown on it. Please, seriously, I don't want ingame ads whilst I'm playing a horror game. It ruins the tension and fun.
I'm getting pretty sick of it. Loading screens could have ads, but that would be it. Anybody who would go onto AG would know you have that siege hero, and WTF are movie ads doing on the home page? Seriously? It's unnecesary, and ads only decrease chances to actually go to it.

The only thing I dislike, is when they put flash banners on the same page as a flash game, flash runs significantly slower when running more then one flash application.
This type of thread reminds me of those annoying Youtube "Remember when (puts something about something different about youtube since the past 4 years)" Then it has about 6 more reasons etc. People need to learn to be patient, or just simply ignore. Gaming has decreased the world's patience because people are so used to extreme speed on the internet and it is very annoying for people to hear it. Also people who complain about things that don't even affect you violently. Next thing you know there is going to be a thread topic LITERALLY listing things that changed and may annoy you but can easily live with.
I guess what I meant to say is, stop complaining >.< Just appreciate what you have.

I just bought a new laptop, but my one before this was a pile of rubbish, and the ads never affected the loading of any of the games. So i think it might be your computer.
As said before, the adverts provide us with this gaming site for free, so suck it up.
I laugh at your ignorance, Sirmed. Ad's are how we keep these games free. You want to play un-free games? Okay, go ahead. I say we get rid of the ads, so that we will have to pay five dollars for every play!

This has never happened to me.
Also, if the ads drive you nuts on this site, then don't come here. But, pretty much every where you go, there will be ads. So get used to it.

I had the same problem. My computer is about 6-7 years old, so mine was worse than yours.
Take a leap of faith and install ad blocker plus for Mozilla Firefox. I couldn't play games before, but now I can.
As said before, ads do pay for the site. I am in favor of the ads. But, if I can't access the site with the ads, I see no reason for me not to block them.
Poisonfish, don't try to circumvent the censor by replacing letters with symbols. It's against the rules. If you have to curse at all, just let the censor do it's work. All we'll see are asterisks.
The ads never bother thaboss when he's playing a game or in the forums. The only annoying ads are the ones that are at like the about page that pop up everywhere. But he never even really goes to those pages a lot so it doesn't really matter. And never lag. But if the lag makes it impossible to play, then...
