I think that's really weird that you compare these two games. But, really. I think mario is better is every aspect. But I'm a little older and I am probably little more slanted towards mario since I really never "got into" pokemon. Pokemon just ran out of idea and starting making coffee machines, pencils, and circles and dots monsters.
mario is a better classic. and what bshaunzer said. pokemon gets repetitive but it's fun to play. only when you are in the journey. after that it get's really boring.
i prever to Mario,,because its tinny litle cute heroic game,,its classic too,,but i've also play Pokemon,,but i dont really interest at that game,,because,,i think Pokemon was boring.. =D
How can you hate Mario? He WAS and IS the legend of video games. Without Mario you wouldn't have a lot of other games like the ones you have today.
Remember, people have opinions I prefer Mario. I like the classic adventure plot in that. Pokemon is still an amazing game. Like Mario, these legends will live down through centuries in time. You know, until the greenhouse effect kills us all or the Sun crashes into the earth and vaporizes us all Exciting isn't it
